Okay, how badly do you need therapy when even you have to admit that you need therapy?

...I think 'I need therapy' is probably a baseline requirement by now.

Therapy isn't entirely based on how badly you need it, since everyone can benefit from it whether they have a problem or not. Though I commend you for considering it, as I'm quite sure it's not an easy thing to admit it out in the open.

Yes, we talked. We did a meditation session and it just... I still can't get my head around it.

Unless you have friends you can count upon to listen. That can take the edge of quite nicely.
