Seeing how therapists are in short demand, but strangers abound - if you need someone completely removed, I've been getting quite a good work out with my listening skills as of late.

Not a refusal. Or I dunno, maybe. He's... he's my friend. I don't want to hurt him.

Are you unsure whether or not you wish to pursue the relationship at all?

Or just afraid of hurting a friend? If the latter, you could do much more harm in letting him continue thinking there is a chance, than to end the option entirely.

That's just it, I'm not sure. Everything's jumbled up inside my head. Like... like puzzle pieces in the box after you shake it, you know?

[Yeah, she knows. It can be confusing when you're trying to parse out your feelings, and she can only imagine how much more difficult it is when the object of your possible affections is not only a friend, but of your same gender.
