Okay, how badly do you need therapy when even you have to admit that you need therapy?

Admitting that you need therapy sounds like a pretty mature and reasonable choice, honestly.

We're in a magical prison which has given us literal wings and randomly kidnaps people for potentially horrific experiments.

...I think 'I need therapy' is probably a baseline requirement by now.

Therapy isn't entirely based on how badly you need it, since everyone can benefit from it whether they have a problem or not. Though I commend you for considering it, as I'm quite sure it's not an easy thing to admit it out in the open.

Everyone keeps saying that, and I am just taking it as - yes, you need therapy, and a lot of it.

I assure you, my commending you isn't because of what you think I said. It's because you are willing to accept help from others, when most people are too prideful to do just that.
