Hunger Pains [ Action + Voice ]
[ There is a sudden and alarming amount of flailing going on as one sandy-furred tribble suddenly turns into one sand-haired (and very naked) Captain James Tiberius Kirk. He flails for a moment, brain working out the fact that he was no longer a ball and now had four limbs and tubular body. In fact, it was taking its time figuring out the fact it now had a lot of things tribbles did not have.
He sat on the floor, bleary for a minute, letting himself get used to the idea of being more than a few inches off the ground. Getting to his feet is another matter for his brain to work out, involving a lot of wobbling, but he eventually gets it. And he's happy about that. Having vague memories of being a living hairball aren't as pleasant or exciting as one might think, though thankfully no one had outright abused his poor little furball self. Most had been nice. He distinctly remembered a lot of petting. And eating.
Speaking of eating.... he was hungry. Like, really hungry.
Still naked, he located his little journal and flipped it open, also suddenly aware that he had been gone... awhile. Yeah, awhile. ]
So, who wants to treat me to a welcome back steak dinner? With a fully loaded bake potato on the side?
[ He'll worry about the need for clothing later. Sorry anyone else in the house. ]

Re: voice;
Yeah, that works. I have to figure out how to put pants on again.
voice;
Do I even want to know?
Re: voice;
Well, whatever I was before, it was not into pants as a wardrobe choice. I think I was much smaller too. It's still all a bit fuzzy.
voice;
Rough shift?
Re: voice;
Or something. Pretty sure I was mallnyapped for a long time too. It's all really fuzzy and blurry to be honest.

Re: voice;
You got it. Give me fifteen minutes and I'll meet you okay?
[ He doesn't wait for a reply as he goes and gets himself into pants and a loose shirt. After rummaging for shoes, he finally gets himself out the door and over to Seventh Heaven, glad he remembers the way and he hadn't had his memory messed with to much. ]
action;
Well, you've succeeded in putting on your pants properly. Did Spock help you?
Re: action;
[ He sees the wave and hurries over, glad for the sight of his friend, though he does punch his shoulder lightly at the jest. ]
Sadly, no. I think Spock enjoys getting me out of them now more than anything anyways.
[ He smirked and then stepped in to give the other a quick manly hug. ]
Good to see you again, Steve.
action;
[He accepts the hug, giving Kirk a firm slap on the back before they separated.]
It's good to see you too. Let's get our order in and then you can tell me everything.
Re: action;
Hamburger. A big one. All the fixings. And fries. And a milkshake.
[ He paused, considering, and then nodded. ]
Yeah, that should be good. I can always order more, right?
action;
So? What's the story?
Re: action;
Well, according to Spock, I was a tribble for about a week, and before that I'm pretty sure I was mallynapped. All of it's really hazy, to be honest, but I know I wasn't here and I was out of it or just plain don't remember.
[ He sat, sniffing the scent of burgers going on the grill and getting cooked and his stomach growled. ]
So long and short of it, kidnapped and turned into a fuzzball for a week.
action;
That must have been an experience. But you really don't remember any of it?
Re: action;
Not really? Tribbles don't have much brain function - just eat and reproduce. Thankfully, I did not do that last one - that I know of. I also think that's why I'm really hungry.
action;
Let's hope not. The last thing we need are your Tribble babies running around and causing chaos.
Re: action;
My tribble babies would be adorable and everyone would want one and you know it.
[ He cross his arms and leaned back, daring him to challenge that. ]
action;
I'm sorry. I didn't know you felt so strongly about your Tribble babies.
Re: action;
Not just any tribble babies, my tribble babies. There's a distinct difference.
