A Troubling Tribble Time [ AKA: Kirk's Back ] [ action - open to all ]
[ Beware, residents. There is a new creature in your midst.
It is round and fuzzy. It sits oh so innocently by the fountain, maybe oh so innocently begins to work its way across the square, following whatever senses it might have towards food. It is slow. It is patient. It shall have what it desires soon.

That is, if nothing interferes.
Because, frankly, there's not much it can do about it. The trials of being a tribble. ]
[ ooc: Kirk is back everyone, and he has been turned into a tribble! He is quite harmless, and if you pet/touch him he will begin to purr. But he is also hungry! So beware. Food left unattended is at high risk! ]

It makes it patient way towards the new piece of bread, not really in a hurry it seems, and gobbles that up too and then goes back to working on the remaining crumbs. ]

Wan will throw some more bread for the tribble and watch him eat, until he is reasonably sure that this is a weird little animal instead of a spirit or his mind playing tricks on him. The little fluff ball seemed gentle enough, and that fur looked super soft and fluffy.
So Wan will tentatively reach out and pet the tribble. In the general... back... area. Maybe it would be better classified as the top.]

In fact, when Wan starts petting him, the tribble begins to purr happily, fur vibrating a little. ]

It purrs.
The is the most adorable thing Wan has seen in his whole life.
Yeah, he's just going to keep petting him. But alas, this means he is temporarily distracted from feeding him bread crumbs. He still has a few pieces left in his other hand though...]

And as nice as the petting is, tribbles are programmed for two things: eat and make babies. So slowly it began to work its way to Wan's over hand, fur tickling his skin as it searched out the crumbs. ]

Hey that tickles!
[He is also captain obvious. But most importantly he will drop the rest of his bread for the little tribble. Clearly this little guy needs it. And even if he doesn't, the food in luceti is free anyways.]

It now steadfastly ignores Wan's hand in favor of the food, which it more or less crawls over and it does not come back out the other side. So, tribbles are a bit like vacuums. Kind of. They never get full and you never have to change the bag. ]
