I know this is coming kind of late, so sorry about that, but you just have to be sure, you know? I didn't want to write her off and cause a panic or have that stupid kid give me the look for a week... 

But... yeah, I'm pretty sure Arya Stark has gone home, and Nymeria with her. 

[ There's obvious sadness on his face and his voice, though he's trying to do his manly and captainly best and hold it back. But, he had cared for that little girl. She was such a tomboy, and he had even grown to like Nymeria, even if he had to clean her fur off the couch twice a day or else he'd be as furry as she was. 

The house was just... emptier now. Like part of his crew was gone, an empty chair not yet filled on his deck. It hurt. ]

She is a resilient girl, and I was teaching her how to make traps.

[She knows that people were sent back to the point in time they were taken from, but...]

I can only hope somehow that knowledge will be retained, even if she doesn't remember where she learned it.

Yeah... she'll be okay. I'm going to believe that. Girl nearly knocked me in the balls more than once, so she can sure as hell make it.

I have no doubt that she will correct a few people's assumptions about women being weak as she grows up.

If she didn't I would be greatly disappointed.

She's not the sort of girl to be told she has to wear a skirt, you know? I got the feeling she'd burn the things on sight if she could.

Full length skirts are a hindrance for mobility...but I do hope that I managed to impress upon her that sometimes it's useful to be underestimated. Especially when outnumbered or fighting a much larger opponent.

Heh, I can attest to that. Just because you can't punch as hard doesn't mean you can't win the fight, right? Brain over brawn and all.
