[Spock regards his Captain for a moment.... the nods. Reaching into his messenger bag, he takes out his PADD and lays it on the table. Tapping a few buttons, a small scanner pops out and scans the surface of the tabletop... effectively turning the entire surface into a touchscreen computer.

A few more taps on the table showed a projected image of the barrier and the surrounding map of Luceti.
